We ship to US and Canada addresses, including Hawaii and Alaska, as well as US Territories (i.e., Puerto Rico and Guam). www.laundrysupplies.com ships all orders exclusively with UPS. At check out, shipping options selected by you include Next Day Air Red, Second Day Blue, 3rd Day Select and standard ground delivery. Generally, everything we have in stock ships out the same day for orders received by 3:00 PM (Eastern Time) Monday through Friday. If there is extra lead time associated with a product in your order, we will notify you. Tracking capabilities are available for all shipments. Shipping costs are based on the products purchased and the delivery location and will be calculated at checkout. Occasionally, heavy or oversized items will incur an additional shipping charge based on the size and weight of the item. If this is the case with your order, we will call you to discuss any additional shipping charges before your order is shipped. Please be sure to provide us with the correct shipping information. We do not accept responsibility for late packages due to incorrect shipping information (i.e., incorrect or incomplete address). Please note that UPS does NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes so you must provide a physical street address.
When picking a shipping method, take into account that UPS does not count the pickup day and does not count holidays and weekends. Our shipping department operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM until 4:00 PM (Eastern Time). It is closed on holidays and weekends. Orders placed over the weekend will ship on Monday. If you are ordering on a Friday and need an item, please order early in the day and leave us a comment on your order. We understand last minute orders arise! If timing is of a particular concern for your order, please notate it in your order comments so that we many discuss with you what is necessary to meet your needs. When choosing a shipping method, always err on the side of caution. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or weather.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an acknowledgement via email that confirms the date it shipped along with tracking information. Once you receive your package, we suggest you examine the box with the UPS driver and make note if the package has any damage. If anything is damaged please either reject the package or contact us as soon as possible at (888) 518-9274.
