Thank you for visiting www.laundrysupplies.com (the “Site”). We have done everything possible to ensure the privacy and security of your transaction with us. We want you to understand the steps that we take to protect your privacy. All visits to www.laundrysupplies.com are subject to our website’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy as described herein. 1. Collection of Information.  In order to enhance customer’s experiences when visiting the Site, we collect the following types of information as users browse the Site:
   1. Personal Information.  We may ask you to submit personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) such as your name, address, e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number, credit card information or other information to us via the Site.  Some of this Personal information is required in order to allow us to fulfill your order.  Other information submitted by you is voluntary.

Opting Out.  To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into MY ACCOUNT on our Site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses and payment information.  Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.  If you have opted-in to receive our e-mail newsletter, we may send you periodic e-mails.  If you decide for any reason that you no longer wish to receive e-mailed information from us, you can unsubscribe from the Site’s e-mail distribution list by clicking the “unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of each promotional e-mail.  Your e-mail address will be removed from this Site’s e-mail marketing list within 7 business days.

Third Party Links.  In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our Site.  These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies.  We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.  Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our Site and welcome any feedback about these linked Sites (including if a specific link does not work).

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE (“Terms”) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE.  Your access and use of this website (“Site”) constitute your consent to the Terms and your agreement to be legally bound by them.  ALS Commercial Equipment, Inc., the owner of www.laundrysupplies.com (“Owner”) may modify these Terms at any time, and those modified Terms will become effective immediately after we post them on the Site.  You agree to review the Terms posted on the Site each time you access or use the Site so that you are aware of any modification made to these Terms.  If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to access or use the Site.  Your failure to comply with these Terms will constitute breach of contract and may violate our copyright, trademark, and other proprietary and intellectual property rights. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this Site.   

1. About Children.  The Site is not intended for children under the age of 13.  Owner will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information via the Site from visitors in this age group and will take prompt steps to delete and such personally identifiable information.

Trademarks.  All trademarks, service mark and trade names of www.laundrysupplies.com or Owner used in the Site, are trademarks or registered trademarks of Owner.  You may not use these marks without Owner’s express written permission.  All trademarks, service marks and trade names of other companies used in the Site are trademarks or registered trademarks of those companies and are not affiliated in any with Owner.  All manufacturer trademarks, service marks, logos and trade names are the manufacturer’s trademarks, service marks, logos or registered trademarks of those manufacturers and are not affiliated in any way with Owner.  Manufacturer trademarks, service marks, logos and trade names used on the Site are shown for comparison purposes and to assist in identifying manufacturer’s products.

Typographical Errors.  In the event that Owner’s product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Owner reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.  Owner reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.  If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Owner shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
